Fantastic Service

Successful House Sale
Amanda helped managed the sale of our house. The service she provided was excellent, keeping us informed as to how things were progressing. Too often when dealing with solicitors they just give you a pile of paper and expect you (the customer) to digest it all; Amanda was different, she actually gave us her opinion based on experience and was always willing to chat, which helped us greatly. I would have no hesitation in her and Surrey Property Layers

Highly recommend and 1st class service
It was a pleasure working with Surrey Property Lawyers while selling my mother‘s house. They made everything very clear and easy for me and my mother and efficiently dealt with any issues that arose. Also very good value for money as their rates are excellent for such a good friendly and knowledgeable service. Thank you to all the staff SPL for looking after us so well and making the process straightforward, much appreciated.

Brilliant service, thank you!
My partner and I appointed Surrey Property Lawyers for the purchase of our first home. We were allocated to Amanda who was absolutely fantastic. She was efficient, had brilliant communication and kept us well informed throughout. She made what could have been a really stressful process smooth and easy. Excellent service from beginning to end!
This is the third time I have used Amanda from Surrey Property Lawyers and she is fantastic. Throughout the conveyancing process, I received quick and clear responses to my enquiries and knew I could rely on information being communicated to me as soon as it was available. I felt well advised throughout and able to ask as many questions as needed. What can typically can be a stressful process was made pretty seamless by Amanda and her team. Thank you very much!

Diamond Service.
Property transactions always come with complications and this is when you find out if you instructed the right law firm. Well Amanda Tate for me was a star and without her work I don’t think my transaction would ever have completed! Reaction times and the quality of service were truly outstanding. I will certainly use this firm again.
