We genuinely cannot reccommend Surrey Property Lawyers enough. We have worked with the company at least four times with both Catherine and predominantly Amanda. The team are very experienced, knowledgeable, react very quickly often showing the frustrating length of time other companies take, stay calm under changing situations (our latest purchase involved two properties which turned out not to be proceedable until number three), communications are quick and we were never left wondering what was going on. Our purchase was on the Isle of Wight, but despite this not being local to the company, it made absolutely no difference to the service we received. We would use SPL every time for any property sale or purchase and cannot recommend highly enough.

The overall service was very good. Professional and efficient throughout. The app being used could be improved - for example documents throughout the process could not be shared through the app. The app also constantly logs you out and asks you to log back in, which is frustrating. Our solicitor was very efficient and professional, however liked to constantly remind me how “busy” she was and could be condescending at times. Suggestion would be to improve customer service.
