Very good i can't fault them
I spent days researching through reviews for conveyancers using multiple platforms. Even going through my banks reccomendations the independent reviews really concerned me.
I found two I thought were good one of them being Surrey Propert Lawers.
Having spoken to Amanda she made me feel confident in their services and I am really glad I went with Surrey property Lawers.
Complition was ready In around 6 weeks
Communication was great same day responses even to my likely silly first time buyer questions
Will use again should I move amd I will refer to anyone who asks.

Absolutely flawless
Honestly, flawless! We initially went with a company called Gorvins, who were awful, so we quickly looked for an alternative, and that’s when we found Surrey Property Lawyers, who had a 5-star rating on Google. Now we fully understand why.
Amanda was absolutely brilliant, she responded quickly, handled everything efficiently, answered all my questions, and was completely transparent throughout the process. No hidden costs, no unexpected extras, everything was clear from start to finish.
They were slightly more expensive than Gorvins, but only marginally, and worth every penny. When we were getting new quotes, they were actually one of the most competitive we found.
Very happy with the experience.

Professional, efficient and responsive
We used Surrey Property Lawyers for three unsuccessful and one successful house purchase. We kept going back to them because we found their service to be everything we would want in a solicitor helping us buy a house. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic - a seamless, stress free experience!
Surrey Property Lawyers, in particular Amanda were absolutely fantastic. We’ve moved a few times over the years and this was hands down the best experience we’ve had so far. Amanda communicated seamlessly throughout the entire process and was incredibly meticulous throughout the sell and buy process making it all stress free and seamless with completion achieved within very short timescales. Super organised, responsive and pragmatic !

Excellent solicitors. They are prompt, attentive and efficient.
Amanda has been an outstanding conveyancing solicitor. Since I employed the services of Surrey Property Lawyers, Amanda has efficiently dealt with the matters as they arose. Amanda is always really prompt, attentive and efficient. She has been on top of matters. Though I had the challenge of a buyer pulling out of the sale (lack of funds), Amanda helped to answer most of the buyer's solicitor's questions and bring matters forward with the final buyers which allowed the sale to complete.
