As first-time buyers, the prospect of purchasing our first home felt daunting, and we were unsure what to expect from the process. From the very beginning, however, Niamh put us at ease and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and straightforward. My partner & I were recommended Surrey Property Lawyers for my flat sale and our house purchase and I will continue passing on that recommendation to my friends & family. We had a tough 5 months and our solicitors, Catherine & Niamh, worked in an incredibly timely fashion when the process was challenging. They were clear & concise and worked at pace. We will hope to use their services in the future too.
Terrible solicitors. They dropped us as a client after we chased on response times and not answering questions. It was clear they were unable to handle a non standard freehold situation. I would completely avoid this solicitor if you do not have a very standard situation and don’t mind waiting 2-3 weeks for a standard question response. We lost a lot of money and time by using this company who ended up ignoring us completely after dropping us as a client mid way through our first home buying process.
Amanda and the rest of the team were incredibly professional and communicative throughout the whole process of buying my first home. All information was presented to me in a way that I could easily understand, and updates about the chain and other particulars were always provided in a timely manner. Amanda responded efficiently to all of my queries within a few hours which made the whole process much less stressful than it could have been, as I trusted that she had everything in hand.
