We were first time buyers and did not have a lot of knowledge about the whole purchase process, however Catherine answered every question we had and made the purchase of the house as smooth as possible. Excellent for first time buyers
Being a first time buyer there was a lot that was new to me about purchasing a property. Surrey property were there for me every step of the way. Not only were they incredibly efficient and professional but friendly and easy to talk to. Can recommend them 100%

service provided for sale of property
Catherine and her team provided a fantastic service to assist in the sale of my property. I was kept well informed right from the start and throughout the process, which ended up having a few issues.
The amount of work that was done behind the scenes is something that I was not aware of but fully appreciated. There was a lot of unexpected worries which Catherine was excellent at sorting out for me leading to a very smooth completion.

A pleasure to deal with
We used Surrey Property Lawyers for the purchase of a buy to rent flat. They were incredibly efficient, very easy to work with. We had a very tight deadline and they worked with us to get it done, efficiently and without hassle. Communication was amazing. Would throughly recommend this firm.

Best service and support
Buying a house is a stressful business and Catherine and her team were a great support and help throughout the process. After a false start, where we put in an offer and then had to retract, Catherine made no charge for the work done. Once we had a house and began the process in earnest our queries were answered on the same day or at the latest for the following day. Nothing ever seemed to much trouble and the whole team was professional and friendly.

Used many times and always so helpful
