My parents were on the recieving end of an estate planning con-job and I really needed some help. I spoke to Alan for about 40 minutes over the phone and he offered exceptional advice at no cost, merely trying to help with a difficult situation. As a result, I will recommend my parents use Kidwells for legitimate estate planning.

Contestation of a Will
Alan Horne took care of my case during an extremely stressful period after the death of my husband.
He was very caring and informative throughout. Alan was extremely approachable and always available at the end of a phone. I would have no hesitation in employing him again and have recommended him to several friends.

Drawing up of our wills
We had two meetings with Mr Alan Horne, the first to discuss and to instruct him on our wishes.
He then explained throroughly the implications of our decisions. He then asked us to go away and discusss together what decision to make.
The second meeting was to inform him of our decisions. He then recapped again what he had told us and after a short period of time (15 mins) he drew up the documents, we signed them and had them witnessed by another member of staff.
It was a very easy exercise. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed and we would and have recommend the service to others.

Fabulous solicitors

Alan horne was brilliant
Where I had no responses from other solicitors to phone back on power of attorney issues. As soon as me and my sister phoned, paid straight away as the price was already done and the was rolling. they sorted the paperwork and set up facetime for us to do the signings. very quick and easy. Alan Horne was brilliant, he explained everything in a ,b, c,so we knew what everything meant. Definitely use again.

One Word - EXCELLENT
We have used Kidwells for 3 projects recently, the sale of a house, the sale of land and a document regarding a will. They have all been excellent. We dealt with Alan Horne who I cant recommend highly enough. He was very nice and most importantly dealt with all our issues in a professional and timely fashion. Without doubt we would use Kidwells again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.
