I made a general enquiry about a quote for conveyancing. After speaking with reception I was straight through to a Solicitor. Great friendly guy who gave me the information on the phone followed by an email quote that afternoon. Kidwells stood out for communication. Turned out I did not require legal services ...first impression was excellent.

Alan Horne took care of my case during an extremely stressful period after the death of my husband. He was very caring and informative throughout. Alan was extremely approachable and always available at the end of a phone. I would have no hesitation in employing him again and have recommended him to several friends.

We had two meetings with Mr Alan Horne, the first to discuss and to instruct him on our wishes. He then explained throroughly the implications of our decisions. He then asked us to go away and discusss together what decision to make. The second meeting was to inform him of our decisions. He then recapped again what he had told us and after a short period of time (15 mins) he drew up the documents, we signed them and had them witnessed by another member of staff. It was a very easy exercise. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed and we would and have recommend the service to others.

Alan and his team supported me with the conveyance of a property purchased at auction after another solicitor let me down. They got to work quickly, were proactive throughout, anticipated what other parties (including our lender) would require. They facilitated early morning meetings for formal advice, and went the extra mile ensuring a delayed completion finally went ahead at 18.12 on a Friday evening! Would recommend and will use again!

I’ve used Kidwells Solicitors in Hereford for nearly four years for my divorce, child arrangements, and I also used them to purchase our home.
