Amazing Work
Thank you so much to Gurjinder Chhokar for all the advice given and professionalism. I was given options and everything was explained very well. Skilled worker visa granted!!

Entry Clearance Granted!!!!!!!!
I am so overwhelmed and grateful for Kewalion. I originally came to the UK as a student and my status was removed. Gurjinder gave me step by step advice on what to do and my case was given to Jagroop. His communication was amazing. He kept me and my wife informed throughout my application and we were given detailed next steps. After the advice of Gurjinder I went to India and submitted an entry clearance application which was granted. Bhupinder communicated with us professionally and made sure we were informed throughout every stage of the application. She liaised with my wife. Skilled Worker
I wanted to switch my skilled worker visa. I was granted the visa within a 3 days. The service provided by the team was very effective and they ensured all my process was completed on time. Spouse Visa granted 2 weeks after application submitted
I went to Kewalion & Co Solicitors and met with Gurjinder for a consultation. My husband was an over stayer and were to get married I Oct 23. Gurjinder was very professional and listened to everything even if we were asking the same question twice to be sure and confident we got the answer we were looking for. He took his time in giving the best solutions.
Bhupinder was then given our case and her communication was amazing. We planned to go back to India after our wedding and apply for a spouse visa there and come back the correct way. Bhupinder made sure, before we went to India, that all documents were given to her before we departed. All we needed was the TB test in Jalandhar to submit the application. When we were in India, Bhupinder called us everyday via WhatsApp to make sure we had everything to appointments etc. Once we had done the TB Test and finger prints, our decision was sent to Bhupinder from the Home Office to advise my husbands visa has been successful 2 weeks after submitting the application! This was the best possible outcome thanks to the hard professional work of Bhupinder & Team! Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend Kewalion & Co Solicitors!
