Probate

Friendly and Professional
Late husband and I needed to review will and make adjustments. Boyletts Law visited us at home and made the whole process, together with setting up POA easy and uncomplicated. Would recommend.

Probate Advice
A very relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout, which put me at ease and not intimidating. Very helpful and always available for advice. Would recommend and have done to several people already.

Will Service
Excellent service from Kanesia. She responded promptly to my initial enquiry and provided a fee estimate which was kept to. An appointment in person was immediately arranged to suit my time and availability. Their offices are easily accessible with good parking. A personal interview was held and clear understandable legal advice given as to the various options to address my own difficult personal circumstances. Kanesia was very understanding and sympathetic whilst remaining thoroughly professional throughout. Not like the "will writing" firms who promise you a will for £19.99 and then try a hard sell of a discretionary trust etc at grossly inflated prices. A draft will was prepared within a couple of days and I signed my will which Kanesia and another solicitor witnessed
at their offices. I would recommend the firm to my friends and family.

Great experience
I was very impressed by the initial information gathering meeting. Kanesia patiently listened to my wishes and summarised it efficiently and effectively. There was no delay from initial contact to getting the Will, all done in 2 weeks.
Thank you to both Kanesia and Alison. Pleasant, compassionate and professional. Definitely will recommend to the firm to my friends and family.

Retired married couple making Wills for the first time.
We finally got round to making our Wills and decided to get help from a local solicitor as we wanted to include a couple of non-standard wishes. Kanesia was friendly, patient and supportive throughout the process. We're confident that the finished wills are clear and properly reflect our wishes.

A pleasure to do business with!
Dealing with solicitors can be a nervous and daunting experience but from the first point of contact I felt valued and at ease. Their delightful small office by the river was welcoming.
