Our wills required some specific provisions pertinent to our family circumstances and also entailed a letter of wishes from both of us. We were very happy with the service provided by Kim and her colleagues. We live in London so the initial meeting with Kim was conducted via Zoom at our convenience and she went through all the issues with us in a very patient and understanding manner. The wills that were subsequently drafted only required a few minor amendments and the letters of wishes were excellently drafted and covered all our key points in plain English.
