    Sale of Flat.

    A very long, tortuous process of selling, carried through with rigid determination and tenacity by those involved. These include Michele Osborne, who I could not find on the list of options for lawyers used.

    Great firm - Highly recommend!

    I recently instructed Boyletts Law to act on my behalf in the sale of a shared ownership property, and I was extremely impressed with the service throughout what was a long and often complicated process. From the outset, the quote provided was clear and straightforward, making it easy to understand all the associated costs without any confusion. The level of client service was excellent. I consistently received prompt, helpful responses to my queries, along with regular updates on progress. Communication was well balanced—I felt fully informed at all times without being overwhelmed. In particular, I was impressed with the continuity of service. When my appointed lawyer went on leave for a week, their work was seamlessly picked up by a colleague. Despite only covering temporarily, they handled matters efficiently and proactively, without delaying progress until my lawyer returned. They were just as attentive and on top of things. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Boyletts Law for their professionalism, clarity, and high standard of client care.
