We engaged MJP law to carry out conveyancing on both our sale and purchase due to a recommendation from our IFA. We were not disappointed. Claire Lawson and her assistant Connie and all the admin team at MJP were highly professional, courteous and efficient from inception to completion. We were kept abreast of the progress by means of regular calls and e-mails. When our buyers solicitor unnecessarily dragged their heels towards the end of the proceedings, Claire made every effort to push things forward. We cannot recommend Claire and the team at MJP enough. They made what is an unavoidably stressful procedure a bit more tolerable and we can only thank all concerned.

As a consequence of my elderly mother having to go into a Care Home, it was necessary to sell her home. MJP Law were recommended. The sale took a long time with more than one sale being aborted due to problems in the chain or buyers pulling out. Throughout a period of more than a year, Claire Lawson of MJP Law and her assistant Connie Warburton-Pugh were very professional providing advice and avoiding unnecessary expenditure where that may time expire. Where needed both were persistent in getting responses from those who were not prompt. The final sale went through very smoothly as Claire and Connie had ensured that “all the ducks were in a row” and there were no loose ends. Thank you to MJP Law especially Claire and Connie.
