Tenant dispute and neighbour blocking the right of way out of garden.
I found Abeeba very professional and very helpful in achieving the successful out come of The Tenant giving notice instead of me having to take her to court and making the neighbour remove the fence that blocked the right of way. She also was successful in getting the E/H to close the case they opened about petty complaints that when diagnosed were not justified, as one item they were asking me to commit a criminal damage of the neighbours property.
