    I have been during business with this excellent firm for over 10 years. It was the first time I was assigned to Adeeba who I engaged to take on breach of contract action. This action had a particular complication as it involved jurisdictional issues, but if didn't phase Adeeba as she was adept at every turn. Her advice was always sound on point and timely which eventually led to an excellent outcome for me. I recommend the Eaton Smith firm and if you are looking for one with excellent experience in litigation, then I would gladly recommend Adeeba Bashir, she is a great asset to her company and to the profession.     Tenant dispute and neighbour blocking the right of way out of garden.

    I found Abeeba very professional and very helpful in achieving the successful out come of The Tenant giving notice instead of me having to take her to court and making the neighbour remove the fence that blocked the right of way. She also was successful in getting the E/H to close the case they opened about petty complaints that when diagnosed were not justified, as one item they were asking me to commit a criminal damage of the neighbours property.
