Phoebe and Lily were both really helpful throughout. Both always quick to reply, kept me updated and never made me feel like I was asking silly questions (which I probably was at times). They just explained everything step by step and made sure I knew what was happening. What stood out for me was how approachable they were. It didn’t feel overly formal or intimidating, just normal people helping you through it. They took a lot of the stress off my shoulders and handled things properly. Really glad I found them and would definitely recommend.

I was prosecuted for drug driving even though I’m a prescribed medicinal cannabis patient. I genuinely thought once my blood results came back it would all just go away but it didn’t. I was terrified of being labelled something I’m not. Phoebe Bradshaw was the trainee solicitor on my case and she was absolutely brilliant. So thorough. So switched on. She went through the prosecution evidence line by line and spotted issues I would never in a million years have seen. She worked closely with Jack Martin, who kept me updated constantly and explained the legal terms in a way I could understand. There were moments I panicked and thought I should just plead guilty to “get it over with”. They reassured me and explained why that would have been the wrong decision in my circumstances and the charge was eventually withdrawn. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t treat it as “just another drug driving case”. They understood the bigger issue around prescriptions and roadside testing and genuinely cared about getting it right. If you’re in this situation I urge you to get proper advice. Don’t assume a positive test means automatic guilt. I nearly did.

Not normally one for leaving reviews but I said if they won my case I would….I wasn’t expecting my case to be dropped. I am still in shock. It was a very high blood reading and I was fully expecting a ban. I’d even planned alternative ways to get to work. I’m SO glad I now don’t have to get the bus!! I just wanted to give a huge thank you to everyone at MAJ. Harry, Jacob and Phoebe were great all the way through and I genuinely don’t think any other firm would have been able to win this fight. They didn’t give up and they’re worth every penny. Thank you so much.

After being pulled over and failing the roadside breathalyser, I one under then one over the limit at the station , I was released on bail awaiting blood results… I contacted MAJ who were helpful from the start. They sent Lee to represent me at my first hearing, he talked it all through with me in detail and based on possible bad police procedure advised me to plead not guilty. Between then and my next court date MAJ were in contact with me whenever needed and Phoebe always responded to questions promptly and with great knowledge I was needless to say very anxious and worried but MAJ were always willing to talk things through and explain exactly what was happening throughout the waiting period In court Lee was fantastic, put my case across extremely clearly and confidently and I was found not guilty, the CPS therefore losing their prosecution case
