We had an excellent experience with Lyndse Richardson at Blaser Mills handling the conveyancing for our recent property purchase. This was an auction property purchase, so there were strict timescales involved and a number of matters that needed to be investigated and resolved quickly. The transaction was also not entirely straightforward, with some unusual lease arrangements and several issues requiring careful clarification.
