I am new to the UK, and purchasing a home here is very different than the US. Zara Carroll and Michaela Mayor were the team from Blaser Mills who assisted me. They provided excellent advice, much of which will save me money and time well after the purchase. I appreciate their fair approach to both me and the sellers, and I would use them again.

We received absolutely excellent service from Zara Liedl Carroll and Michaela Mayor throughout our house purchase. They made the whole experience feel smooth and easy. We always knew exactly where we were in the process, received all documentation promptly and any follow up queries we had were answered within hours. We really couldn’t fault any aspect of the service we received.

Fantastic service from Zara, Michaela and the rest of the Blaser Mills team who were thorough, insightful and super helpful throughout the process of us buying our first home. They went above and beyond to chase down documents and ensure a smooth and hassle-free process - and they were always on hand to answer our questions, easy to get hold of and quick in their replies. I was referred to you following problems with a legal contract drawn up by the vendors solicitors following my planned purchase of a new build. Essentially the contract was inadequate and not fit for purpose. I had direct contact with the solicitor who was handling my case as she has special expertise in this area. Haley Myrants was absolutely outstanding. She had an immediate grasp of the complexities and wrote clear an concise emails to my vendors solicitors outlining the many inconsistencies. I was copied into all correspondence. Her sentence structure was exemplary as was her use of English.
I would thoroughly recommend her.

Hospital Negligence Claims

After suffering a medical negligence experience in 2018, I decided to take out a claim against the hospital using a "no win, no fee" agreement. The solicitor who acted on my behalf was Victoria Harvey based at High Wycombe. During the 3½ years from the beginning to the completion of the case Victoria was extremely professional, supportive and reassured me throughout the whole process. I was constantly kept updated with emails and letters on how the case was progressing.
I am more than happy with the outcome and will be forever grateful for all the hard work Victoria put in to achieving a successful claim

Absolutely shocking practice by this firm, dealing with capacity issues and elderly people who have dementia. They fast tracked everything to ensure that they secured a role and fees for themselves, taking money that should be used to secure someone’s future care, in their final years.

Zara Leidl Carroll has acted on our behalf for a property sale last year and a recent purchase. The service is impeccable, they are not the cheapest available but they are the best. Zara and the team responded to all emails within hours, I had Zara's direct office phone number. She even responded to an email over the weekend when the timescale became quite compressed in order to meet the SDLT window. At all times we were kept informed and had full access to the team, she led the process and illuminated potential issues before they arose. Zara was recommended by my sister who had a similar experience. I wouldn't use anybody else.

We would recommend Karla Dudley and her team. They did all the legal work for the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. Can’t speak highly enough of her especially as we had a particularly difficult purchaser and solicitor, but through her great experience dealt with them admirably. Would recommend and if we have any future property dealings she will be our first call.

Lyndsay Netherwood and the team did a fantastic job doing all the legal work for our house sale. The online portal they use for signing documents and up to the minute status' of how the sale was progressing was great and Lyndsay kept us up to date throughout the process via email and phone. I would definately use them again.
