Once again the service we received from Richard at EMG was fantastic and he made a potentially stressful sale much easier due to his honest communication and proactive approach. Richard always returned our calls, answered questions (no matter how daft!) and gave us full confidence throughout the process that the sale of our house was being handled professionally and efficiently. Despite a few curve balls being thrown our way (and an unresponsive solicitor on the other side) Richard went above and beyond to gain access to archaic documents and as a result helped get the sale through as quickly as possible. This is the 2nd time that we have chosen Richard to represent us, and we will not hesitate to use him in the future. Who knew a 5 star solicitor existed?!!
