The best ever!

I’m not a fan of solicitors, I’ve used a few and not with the best outcome. But EMG are in a league of their own, absolutely outstanding from start to finish Richard, Callum and Susan.. they get thee job done with fantastic communication along the way. Without a shadow I will be using them again

Proerty Sale

Guided us through a particularly "messy" sale and kept us in the picture at each development of which there were quite a few including the original buyer pulling out with 5 days to go to completion!

Once again the service we received from Richard at EMG was fantastic and he made a potentially stressful sale much easier due to his honest communication and proactive approach.

Richard always returned our calls, answered questions (no matter how daft!) and gave us full confidence throughout the process that the sale of our house was being handled professionally and efficiently.

Despite a few curve balls being thrown our way (and an unresponsive solicitor on the other side) Richard went above and beyond to gain access to archaic documents and as a result helped get the sale through as quickly as possible.

This is the 2nd time that we have chosen Richard to represent us, and we will not hesitate to use him in the future.
Who knew a 5 star solicitor existed?!!

Wow what can I say. "If Carlsberg did Solicitors "Richard and his team were outstanding, we had a very difficult time with our sale and they made it stress free. They took absolute control, they respond to emails, constantly kept us updated throughout the whole process and we felt that there was nothing they wouldn't do for us, we were new to house buying and selling and any questions we asked now matter how silly we thought they sounded Richard and his team answered them and put them into laymen terms so it was easier for us to understand. Not only do I recommend EMG,Richard and his team but we are using then again for the purchase of our new property. If you want a professional team looking after you where you are looked after and have the stress of buying nor selling literally removed then use these guys.
