Ben joined the firm in September 2022 after completing his A-levels and is enrolled on a Solicitor Apprenticeship programme, combining hands-on legal experience with academic study. During his first year, Ben worked within the Wills, Trusts and Probate team, supporting private client matters including drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as attending client meetings alongside experienced fee earners. He has also gained experience within the Residential Conveyancing team, assisting with property sales and purchases, preparing legal documents and responding to enquiries as part of the transaction process. Ben is currently working within the Court of Protection Health and Welfare team, where he assists in representing vulnerable individuals who lack capacity, including those subject to deprivation of liberty safeguards. His work in this area requires sensitivity, attention to detail and a strong understanding of client care.
