First class service from the minute you walk in the door

From the second I walked in their Tynemouth office the lovely lady on the reception desk put my mind at ease.
Within half an hour I had a phone call from Anthony Willis and he went through everything with me, even on a Friday after closing time. He listened and helped me make sense of everything that I was facing.
From then on in I was kept up-to-date and and I never felt a burden.
I have recommended him and BHP Law and I will continue to do so.

Thanks to Anthony Willis I had the best possible experience through what was potentially a traumatic time having been made redundant.
From the moment I made contact with Blackett Hart and Pratt I was completely impressed with the professionalism and level of customer service from Anthony and his secretary through to the receptionists at the Faverdale branch. Everything was dealt with swiftly by Anthony, explained thoroughly, and I felt that he was going the extra mile for me.
I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again.

I was unfortunately in a position where I required a very quick turnaround during a redundancy process at work and only had 4 days to source a lawyer and complete paperwork. Anthony was amazing from the beginning and put my mind at ease about the process, provided great advice and a very quick turnaround to ensure deadlines were met.
