In her early training, she supported the preparation of matters for court hearings, building strong organisational and case management skills. Lucy has since developed her experience within the Wills, Trusts and Probate team, where she assists with a range of private client matters. Her work includes gathering information, drafting legal documents and supporting clients through the process of preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She has also begun to develop her own caseload, reflecting her growing confidence and capability. Lucy has been involved in initiatives such as Free Wills Month, which she found particularly rewarding, including supporting clients connected with St Cuthbert’s Hospice in Durham. Approach Lucy is known for her friendly and professional manner. She understands the importance of clear communication and takes care to ensure clients feel comfortable and supported, particularly when dealing with personal and sensitive matters.
