Nicola and Hollie stepped in when my original conveyancer was unable to continue due to circumstances. Updates were provided when required and when the other parties solicitors were slow, they got on the case
Rachel came in at the end of a 2 year drawn out dispute to help Ellie Phillips after Phil Masters moved on. I only met her the one time but her advice and expertise were, in my view, pertinent to the then rapid conclusion to this protracted affair. Within 3 weeks the other side agreed to settle and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome after 2 years of intense stress and worry. I’m now no longer dreading the “ping” of my email inbox. We have been trying to sort out my late farthers estate for over 16 months we email and get no reply leave messages with secretary and no call back how do you get there attention Please will you return my emails and sort out my father's estate
