Karolyn also works closely with start-ups and growing businesses, supporting them with company formation, structuring and ongoing compliance as they develop. Her experience includes advising on a range of transactions and projects, including: Advising on the acquisition of shares in a motor industry business Supporting a timber merchant with a group restructure Incorporating companies for both new and existing clients Assisting with capital investment arrangements for an international group Reconstructing corporate records for long-established businesses Updating corporate documentation for international organisations She has been involved in transactions with values of up to £13 million, providing consistent support throughout each stage of the process. In March 2025, BHP Law was recognised as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider, further strengthening the firm’s ability to support clients with corporate compliance and regulatory requirements.
