As part of her apprenticeship, she will also undertake the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE) in the later stages of her training. During her first seat, Maya gained experience within the Dispute Resolution team, where she was involved in drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and observing client meetings. This provided her with a strong foundation in litigation processes and client care. She has since moved into the Court of Protection team, where she is building specialist experience in matters involving vulnerable individuals. Her role includes supporting case preparation, assisting with legal documentation, and developing her understanding of capacity, safeguarding and client-focused legal work. Approach Maya takes a diligent and proactive approach to her work, with a strong focus on developing her legal knowledge and practical skills. She is committed to supporting the team effectively while building her experience in Court of Protection matters.
