Joanne May has advised me for the past 12 months, during a protracted dispute with my employer. We were recommended by a CWU colleague to contact Ms May with a potential claim for unfair dismissal. Joanne was attentive , to the case and we felt she left no avenue un explored in dealing with our case. In this case we did not win however brought one of the biggest employers in the country to court and its Managers. We were very pleased that through Joanne’s dedication and efforts we ensured that a level of satisfaction was reached and admissions of failure or should do better by the respondent and its Managers were recognised by the judge in court.
