I would highly recommend Tom, he is a very down to earth and straight to the point guy. he also manages to fit us in very last minute. We used him for a road traffic accident and managed to get us off at the very minimum. We had never been through anything like this before so we were extremely stressed and worried but Tom managed to put us at ease.
