Susan cooks a mean roast lamb and to relax she enjoys watching Emmerdale, Escape to the Country or indulging in one of her favourite films - The Inn of the 6th Happiness or Dirty Dancing.

I have used both Susan Howarth and Emma Stride and would highly recommend them. They keep the fuss to a minimum and really listen to what you want. We are a blended family so nothing is straightforward, but they take the stress out of it every time. House move next, and I will definitely be using them.

I contacted Susan Howarth & Company back in April 2021 to enquire as to my rights around a jointly owned property that I have remained on the mortgage of for over 10 years without living there. The team have been exemplary in their support of me through sage advice that allowed me to see what I was entitled to and they have guided me through the process from start to finish. They have always offered a wealth of experience, have framed my expectations and been realistic in what my rights are. Communication throughout has been outstanding, and they have been proactive in challenging the other party when needed. The sale of the property completed on the 31st October, an achievement that I am certain would not have happened without the support from Susan Howarth & Company and due to the way in which the firm operates I have paid along the way services meaning no sizable bill at the end. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others as my experience has been a very positive one.

Excellent Service
I was extremely impressed with the ease of communication, and the speed and accuracy of the service I received - particularly as this was achieved during the Covid-19 lockdown. Emma and Susan both worked for me, and were approachable, listening to my needs exactly and providing an accurate response very promptly. All information sent was easy to access and understand, and any questions were answered quickly. Overall an exceptional service in the circumstances.
