Shocking Level of Service From Inspire Legal
Absolutely unacceptable level of service from Inspire Legal. This firm turned what should have been a straightforward transaction into an unnecessarily stressful and chaotic experience through repeated communication failures, contradictory information, ignored emails, and apparent lack of internal organisation. Over the course of the transaction I repeatedly supplied documents and responses promptly, only to then receive further duplicate requests from different staff members asking for the exact same information again. It became increasingly clear that correspondence was either not being properly reviewed or staff were not communicating effectively with each other internally. Despite providing extensive source of funds evidence, I continued receiving inconsistent and changing explanations regarding what was supposedly still outstanding. I was verbally reassured at one stage that everything was in order and progressing towards exchange/completion, only to then receive further conflicting requests afterwards. The handling of the matter felt disjointed and completely lacking in clarity. Even more concerning was the lack of responsiveness throughout the process. Multiple emails requesting updates regarding enquiries, exchange, completion readiness, and outstanding issues were simply ignored, despite the matter being subject to a strict auction completion deadline. I was left constantly chasing for basic communication and certainty on my own transaction. When I eventually escalated my concerns, I found management defensive, dismissive, and unwilling to properly acknowledge the repeated failures in communication and service. During a conversation with director Natalie regarding the issues, the call was disconnected before matters were properly addressed, which was entirely unprofessional and only reinforced my concerns regarding accountability within the firm. The overall experience demonstrated a serious lack of organisation, client care, and professionalism. Clients should not have to repeatedly chase solicitors for updates, resend information multiple times, or deal with contradictory advice while facing critical legal deadlines. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this firm for conveyancing or property work — especially auction transactions or time-sensitive matters — to think very carefully before proceeding.
