Both attended the conference with counsel, which was extremely well prepared and gave me real confidence in the way the matter is being handled. What I have valued most is the willingness to engage properly with the material I have provided rather than treating it as a box-ticking exercise, and the fact that questions are answered promptly and in plain English. The approach has been strategic rather than reactive, which in a matter of this kind counts for a great deal. The case is ongoing, but on the work done so far I would not hesitate to recommend the firm.
