I deal with leasehold, freehold, re-mortgage, pre-auction advice and transfer of equity. Experience Highlights Building a new department as Head of Department from the ground up, I built a successful department across four offices in Liverpool and Wirral which continues to go from strength to strength to this day. Once this was up and running and a fully-fledged department I made the decision to take the step to leave employment as Head and set up my own legal consultancy company specialising in land/ property acquisition and pre-auction advice. The time felt right after a 14-year career as an employee and was a natural progression for me. From there on I then went on under my company to become a consultant. I successfully completed a commercial development acquisition of over 200 units with international buyers from Asia which was the largest and most challenging collective case I have dealt with so far in my career. I pride myself on being a personable Lawyer and set myself aside from other Lawyers in that my efficiency and dedication to get cases (particularly of a more urgent nature) through as quickly as possible without compromising the case. I have a reputation for my efficiency and attention to detail locally and now further afield in recent months. Career History After having left a teaching career I decided to move to Law in 2007, I started my career in law as a legal clerk and was running my own caseload within a year, during this time I qualified as a mortgage consultant in my spare time to enhance my lender knowledge. After 14 years as a fee earner, I was appointed as Head of Department in 2021 within a firm until I made the decision later that year to start my own consultancy business and independently consult. I am now pleased to join Mezzle as the perfect fit for my career. Thankful pickup
Having had an awful, uncommunicative experience with the previous firm of Gotelee and, even after the changeover to Mezzle after a very stressful time, Louise finally got allocated the conveyancing and retrieved the situation. She expeditiously and diplomatically dealt with the purchasers solicitors and kept us informed of progress, thus allowing the sales to go through, where they were about to fall through because of delay after delay and lack of communication. We are very grateful to Louise for retrieving a difficult situation and getting this sorted.

Professional, Excellent Service, and Good Value for Money
Louise was our solicitor for our conveyance. We needed a last-minute solicitor to help us with a property purchase and we had a tight deadline of 3 to 4 days (one of them was a bank holiday). Louise managed to quickly get all our documents sorted and our case file was opened within 1 to 2 days. She even worked on bank holiday to make sure that we had everything we needed and gave us a peace of mind in such a stressful situation. She displays strong characteristics of resilience and professionalism and is trustworthy. We could explain our situation to her and she would suggest great solutions to move forward - an amicable sense of working with us. This was not what we experienced with our previous solicitors which was a contributing factor to our tight deadline. Very pleased with her work and legal knowledge, and professionalism. We would high recommend her!
