Louise took on the difficult sale of a flat, and it was an absolute delight to have someone so efficient handle everything. Thanks to her, the process was completely free of stress. We originally used James Young as our solicitor and he was ok at the time but failed to do so many things. We have lived in our property for a year and still do not have the correct documents! Cassie Nelson at post completion took over and she ignores emails as much as James does. I then asked to escalate to a complaint and even the compliance team don’t reply! Joke!

My solicitor changed three times and then it turned out later, did not complete registration with the Land Registry, even though they said they had. It caused us a great deal of stress and financial difficulties.

Extremely poor service. After selling my property, Mezzle Law failed to redeem both mortgage accounts and a charging order despite receiving redemption statements. I raised a formal complaint and even copied in the CEO, who promised a response by 11th August. No response has ever been provided. I have now had to escalate the matter to the Legal Ombudsman. Avoid this firm if you want your house sale handled properly.
