Having had an awful, uncommunicative experience with the previous firm of Gotelee and, even after the changeover to Mezzle after a very stressful time, Louise finally got allocated the conveyancing and retrieved the situation. She expeditiously and diplomatically dealt with the purchasers solicitors and kept us informed of progress, thus allowing the sales to go through, where they were about to fall through because of delay after delay and lack of communication. We are very grateful to Louise for retrieving a difficult situation and getting this sorted.

Very affordable but shoddy service - lots of complications that could have been avoided had they'd been more across things. Was endlessly passed from one person to another and they were generally quite hard to get ahold of.
We completed a while ago but have now found that a £1000 service charge bill that was meant to be cleared by the vendors before completion was never sorted. They have now been ignoring my emails for over a month - hoping this gets a response

Louise was our solicitor for our conveyance. We needed a last-minute solicitor to help us with a property purchase and we had a tight deadline of 3 to 4 days (one of them was a bank holiday). Louise managed to quickly get all our documents sorted and our case file was opened within 1 to 2 days. She even worked on bank holiday to make sure that we had everything we needed and gave us a peace of mind in such a stressful situation. She displays strong characteristics of resilience and professionalism and is trustworthy. We could explain our situation to her and she would suggest great solutions to move forward - an amicable sense of working with us. This was not what we experienced with our previous solicitors which was a contributing factor to our tight deadline. Very pleased with her work and legal knowledge, and professionalism. We would high recommend her!

I left an enquiry this morning, and followed up twice throughout the day as I have an urgent matter. During each call, they promised someone from the legal team would call me back today, especially considering my urgent situation.
Now it's 7pm and nobody has called me back. Terrible service.

Her approach is no nonsense. This firm is the future of conveyancing where ALL are partners meaning it is in their best interest to complete as fast as possible so they get paid.
