Louise managed to quickly get all our documents sorted and our case file was opened within 1 to 2 days. She even worked on bank holiday to make sure that we had everything we needed and gave us a peace of mind in such a stressful situation. She displays strong characteristics of resilience and professionalism and is trustworthy. We could explain our situation to her and she would suggest great solutions to move forward - an amicable sense of working with us.
