    Very grateful

    I changed my solicitor’s firm in the middle of my divorce proceedings as my previous solicitor gave the impression of being scared rather than believing in my case. Vicki was able to write emails with just the right tone I’d asked for and was compassionate about my case, offering advice that led to a good outcome for me in the end. She clearly knew the feeling of anxiety clients have when awaiting a response, but I could rely on her to let me know about any communication as soon as she did, even often after the end of the working day. I have already recommended her to a friend.
