Excellent Care For Clients!
To begin with I was unsure if this was ever going to be solved as it’s my first time experiencing any kind of claim procedure, Kayleigh assured me from the start that they are working on it and I just left it to the professionals, after a bit of back and forth with the opposing firm I was contacted with an offer that astonished me, offer was accepted and case closed, huge thank you to Kayleigh and any other individuals that took part in helping with the claim!

Help with a claim for a works accident
From the first call i had with Watkins & Gunn i found them very professional with great communication
contacting me through email or phone call and i was kept fully aware of that was going on. It was a pleasure to work with Kayleigh Wilding and her team. Proffesionalism
Very friendly professional service. The firm kept me updated at all times any new correspondence that was dealt with the other party. All relevant information required was very easy accessible through Adobe which saved a lot of time.

Can I please take this opportunity to let you all know how grateful I am to you and the team for your professionalism and patience dealing with this and previous matters. It may be part of the service employed but you have all shown considerable empathy and understanding of what was an unfortunate escalating issue. You always advised and achieved with my best interests at the forefront.
