Stephen and Heather are so professional and knowledgeable of this sector. I needed guidance and support of what I was about to face to obtain the best outcome for me. Clear direction was given to me by meeting me in person and with follow up emails with what I needed to do. Police interviews with them present and then court proceedings. They assisted in getting me the best possible outcome which I am truly grateful. Without them I would most definitely faced a driving ban.

I had an accident and was caught drink driving at an extreme low point in my life. I felt very low after this foolish and avoidable incident. My wife and I searched the internet for a solicitor who could represent me and give a good account of the unfortunate circumstances that led me to commit this crime. Online we found plenty of legal companies who promised to fight our case but when we did some research there were always so many bad reviews and stories about companies charging high fees and then not preparing the case properly, or turning up late to court. Luckily Stephen Oldham was recommended to us and we immediately felt in safe hands. Stephen was so thorough and realistic in his approach that it helped us come to terms with the situation and the possible outcomes. He helped us prepare the case in a very professional manner and so the day in court was manageable and the outcome was much better than we thought.
