Reason for Contact: I received a court summons for not providing information regarding a speeding fine.
Response from Solicitor: Stephen Oldham was reassuring, knowledgeable, and quick to act.
Outcome: The charge was overturned and changed back to the original speeding charge as I had already sent the required paperwork.
Concerns Addressed: Stephen reassured me that you would not have a criminal record.

Honest Comprehensive advice
After speaking with a few solicitors who didn't fill me with any confidence I found Stephen Oldham. Even before I had officially engaged Stephen he gave me honest & comprehensive advice. He was in contact with me throughout, provided all the information I needed & was honest regarding what the possible outcome would be. His Colleague Imogen was also a great comfort to me on the day. I ended up with the best outcome possible following my hearing, I truly believe had I tried to navigate this situation myself things wouldn't have ended as well as they did. Would absolutely recommend his services.

Extremely good solicitor, specialising in driving offences
Stephen was able to assess the pertinent aspects of the case extremely well and represented me brilliantly in the trial. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
You may find solicitors making bold promises of finding loopholes (guess what, even "celebrities" with unlimited budgets are convicted). You may also find other solicitors that are very cheap (I can't comment on what their services would be like, but cannot fault Stephen's approach). Stephen was very realistic about the potential outcomes and was a superb advocate for me on the day such that it was a good overall result, despite the circumstances.
All I can say is that my experience of using Stephen was second to none and that anyone wavering should not hesitate to use his services.
