You may find solicitors making bold promises of finding loopholes (guess what, even "celebrities" with unlimited budgets are convicted). You may also find other solicitors that are very cheap (I can't comment on what their services would be like, but cannot fault Stephen's approach). Stephen was very realistic about the potential outcomes and was a superb advocate for me on the day such that it was a good overall result, despite the circumstances.

I had the misfortune to be stopped by a christmas time road block by the police who were carring out there annual clamp down on potential drink drivers. Believing i wasnt over the limit although i had taken a drink i thought i would be ok. How wrong i was, i failed the roadside test and the test back at the station, and was duly charged with driving with excess alcohol.
