Alastair is a Solicitor in the Meadows Ryan Property Team. He joined the firm in May 2021. Alastair trained and qualified at Harold Bell Infields & Co, Hampton Wick, and has amassed a wealth of experience in residential and commercial property matters, including acquisitions of companies and assets, leasehold and enfranchisement matters, financial restructuring, complex land registry issues and claims for adverse possession. He receives repeat instructions for a number of property investment companies and commercial landlords. Alastair grew up in Twickenham and now lives in Walton-on-Thames. He enjoys cooking, cycling and watching sports. Career experience: Acting in the £34million sale of a group of companies to a PLC; Acquisitions of hotels, pubs and restaurants; Acquisition of hotel companies; Enfranchisement of freehold houses in Chelsea Square, London; Sale of luxury newbuild developments; Acting in the refinancing of property portfolios for offshore companies in excess of £6million; Acquisition of residential properties in excess of £11million; Sale of 17th Century Grade I Listed Manor House and grounds in excess of 140 acres.
