They helped us navigate our way through overly complex Local Council’s SEND services and their interpretation of policies and procedures, thus rendering my son to exercise his right to College transportation (POST 16). Whilst a seasoned parent of SEND issues, I have like many others, been consistently bamboozled by the very institutions that should be empowering and Safeguarding Send Young Adults and have really appreciated the support during this distressing and uncertain period.
