Excellent support from start to finish

As this was my first time going through this process, I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but Alexandra and the team made everything feel straightforward and much less stressful. They were always helpful and patient with my questions and took the time to explain things clearly. I felt reassured throughout the process and confident that everything was being handled properly. I would happily recommend them.

    Efficient and effective service

Alexandra Bartlett at Burrows Solicitors took us from initial enquiry to post-completion on a property purchase, and handled both the routine administrative matters and the unexpected complications expertly and professionally. There was a time I didn't think it would happen, but Burrows got us over the line! Highly recommend.

Thanks for the brilliant review, Paul! Getting a tricky deal over the finish line when things look uncertain is where a great conveyancer really shines, so it’s fantastic to hear how expertly Alexandra handled those unexpected bumps. Thank you for choosing Burrows and for your high recommendation. Enjoy your new property, and all the best for the future!

    Excellent conveyancing service

Alexandra was recommended to us by our estate agent and provided an excellent conveyancing service for the sale of our property in Sawbridgeworth and purchase of our new home in Cambs. She kept us informed at all stages of the process with prompt and clear communication and interceded in a calm and professional manner on the day of our move when completion was delayed by the incompetency of another solicitor in the chain. We would highly recommend her. Thank you

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! Moving house is stressful enough on its own, but dealing with a delayed completion on moving day because of another solicitor in the chain is incredibly nerve-wracking. We are so glad Alexandra was there to step in calmly and professionally to get everything sorted out for you when it mattered most. Congratulations on your new home, and we hope you are settling in beautifully!

    Great sevice

Alexandra and Katrina were great. It was the first time we had sold a property and they honestly couldn't do enought for us. Would recommend and when buying again we will be coming back. Particularly want to highlight the efforts Katrina went to in dealing with our management company(for the flat we sold) in questioning costs and savings us money.

We are delighted that Alexandra and Katrina couldn't do enough for you, and a special thank you to Katrina for going above and beyond to challenge the management company and save you money! Thank you for your high recommendation. We look forward to working with you again when you are ready to buy!
