Sale of our flat
We have used Sherrards for all our Conveyancing and that are always excellent. On this occasion Asha was our main solicitor and she was fab! She’s always helpful a d cheerful even when I was losing patience with our buyer and their solicitors.
We will definitely use them on our next sale and purchase.

Great service from beginning to end!
Buying our dream property and moving hundreds of miles from our current home with two young children could have been a very stressful experience but Asha worked so hard to ensure that everything went so smoothly for us right from the beginning all the way to completion on the property. She was always on hand to answer our numerous queries and she went the extra mile to ensure that we understood exactly what was happening at each stage of the process. Great guidance and support
Purchasing an appartment in London for foreigners (german) is not that easy to understand. Asha Ngai and her team first of all gave us a good overview of this procedure. First class service
We used Sherrards to sell one house and then purchase another. We were given a first class service form beginning to end.
