I recently had the pleasure of working with Caroline Vernon for the sale of property and then purchase of our new one with Claire Levy. Their white glove service was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, both Caroline and Claire demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. They guided me through every step of the process, ensuring that all my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly.
Caroline's expertise in handling the legal intricacies of selling the home was impressive. She made sure that all the paperwork was in order and that we were well-informed about each stage. Claire, on the other hand, was instrumental in securing the new property.

My mother had a Will - so a simple case. They changed our lawyer when the first one left without telling us. This led to a significant delay in the probate due the absence of the original lawyer for at least one month ( no explanation there at the time) . The handover was duplicated and we spent money on this due to their poor communication. We were told someone helping was a lawyer when they were not.they had no recollection of the paperwork file I had handed in and had to search for it. I complained to Nicole who was in charge who said she would get back to me but she she never bothered. When they did answer once they were very disrespectful and took no responsibility at all and didn’t say sorry.
The team doing the exchange on the house showed them up as they were efficient.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Sherrards for the sale of our late mother's property. Despite some early complications arising concerning the property Lease and a very demanding buyer's solicitor, Sherrards was able to work through the entire conveyancing process quickly and efficiently and was able to exchange contracts and complete the sale faster than I imagined possible.
