I was kept fully informed and did not have to chase for updates, which was refreshing. Advice was clear and understandable at each stage of the transaction
Claire Levy and Donna Beaumont helped me get a complex transaction through at speed which was very much appreciated. My emails were responded to very promptly and additionally I appreciated that Claire rang personally to talk through some complexities. It really felt like Claire and Donna worked my behalf and appreciated the urgency of the situation. I would definitely recommend them again and will be coming back again.
Looking to move to our final home John Brian and Donna Beaumont at Sherrards were our obvious go to solicitors having helped in the past with children’s house purchases. Good choice - we had lots of buyer and seller interactions - we had 3 buyers who all ‘started the process’ and we lost one house on the way (lucky as our final home is better!) Donna and John guided us all the way - how many solicitors will send info evenings and weekends and were happy to help throughout! Professional , Efficient ,ever Helpful and above all Considerate - can honestly say they never broke a promise and took on so much of the stress a home move always generates Thank You and if you are thinking of moving and need a solicitor then in our view they are ‘the very best’

Sherrards conveyanced for me with a property sale. I am not much of a paperwork person - but they tracked and chased everything efficiently, and we completed in ten weeks. Very highly recommend and thank you to Claire, Caroline and Donna.
