Claire Levy and Donna Beaumont helped me get a complex transaction through at speed which was very much appreciated. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Sherrards for the sale of our late mother's property. Despite some early complications arising concerning the property Lease and a very demanding buyer's solicitor, Sherrards was able to work through the entire conveyancing process quickly and efficiently and was able to exchange contracts and complete the sale faster than I imagined possible.

Sherrards conveyanced for me with a property sale. I am not much of a paperwork person - but they tracked and chased everything efficiently, and we completed in ten weeks. Very highly recommend and thank you to Claire, Caroline and Donna.

Claire was extremely attentive and provided detailed support. As a foreigner unfamiliar with UK rules, she was incredibly kind and explained many things to me. Since I was in a hurry to move, she worked tirelessly, even calling the seller’s solicitor to expedite the process towards the end.
