I contacted maj law as I had been charged with a drink driving offence and had no realistic prospect of getting out of it, this was until I spoke with Connor who assured me that if instructed they would try everything possible to get me out of this situation, they kept me informed all the way and put me at ease at times as it is a lot of money but rest assured the day before my trial, due to the work from osian and the team the cps dropped all charges due to lack of evidence, I can’t thank them enough for saving my license and avoiding a criminal conviction and also helping me out around costs to them, they’re also helping me in claiming money back aswell, which is going above and beyond what they need to do.

Prosecutor was aiming to give me a driving ban
I would like to thank everyone I was in contact with at MAJ Law. Osian Roberts and James Fisher were great from start to finish.
MAJ Law provided me great advise on how to prepare for my court hearing which included details to have in place for mitigation.
A special thank you is to my barrister Paul Shaw (legend)! He was outstanding in court and had one of my charges dropped even before the hearing had started. Once the hearing started the Prosecutor was placing my actions in the highest culpability category which would have led to a driving ban. Paul Shaw was able to mitigate this and I received 6 points and a fine.
After this experience I know I would have been banned if I was not represented by a experienced legal team.

Drug driving
We can not thank MAJ law solicitors for all there assistants
My son was up for a Drug driving charge. But Because my son wasn’t given the right procedure at the police station the CPS finally dropped the charges if MAJ law hadn’t picked up this loop hole and professionally advice us. my son would of lost his licence as well as his job. The best money ever spent. Thank you all so much ex specially Osian Robert’s who was there to keep me updated through out the whole case and kept the cost down as much as he could.
