Trisha was excellent!
I used Trisha Djemal's services in the recent extension of the leasehold and sale of my property and I have nothing but good words to say about her. A straight forward convenyancing transaction, proved to be a little more demanding than expected due to the other parties involved, but Trisha was there as proactive and professional as ever, never making me doubt I had made the right decision in choosing Grant Saw to represent me. Diligence without Delay
We have chosen Trisha as our solicitor three times - for a house purchase in 2014; for a house sale in 2022; and for another house purchase this year. The service we received on each occasion was excellent.
Trisha will work swiftly - but this never comes at the expense of diligence.
She exposes and avoids potential pitfalls (eg this time on arranging an indemnity in relation to use of land at the back of our property), advises us on where we may need to undertake further checks on the property, scours the survey for potential problems, makes additional inquiries of the vendor's solicitor where appropriate, and is superbly tenacious.
And just to re-emphasise: she does not allow such diligence to delay the purchase process.
She will cajole and exhort on our behalf.
Trisha is approachable, and available - she will take a call, or respond quickly if she can't do immediately; answer questions; offer reassurance; and is very creative in solving problems.
We highly recommend her, and would not hesitate to ask her again to act on our behalf in the future. We'd award a six star review if that were possible.

I first used Trisha back in 2007 and she is my go to Solicitor for conveyancing.
She has just handled two sales for me in last 6 months. I couldn’t recommend her more highly - she is very professional , responsive and her many years experience means she anticipates any potential issues to mitigate any risks and accelerate timelines and eliminate any stress as she has it all in hand. Residential Conveyancing

Outstanding conveyancing service

Brilliant problem solving
I cannot recommend Trisha Djemal of Grant Saw highly enough. She is efficient, professional and a brilliant problem solver.
