We chose Alla to manage the conveyancing process on our late mother�s property as Willett & Co had been excellent at dealing with probate for her estate. Without hesitation, I can say that both my brother and I (joint Executors of the estate) feel that we could not have made a better choice. We would recommend Alla without the slightest hesitation. The process was far more stressful than it needed to be, both due to the eccentric behaviour of our buyer and the slow responses and apparently questionable competence of the buyer�s solicitors. The complex and challenging process we faced would have failed at any one of a number of points without Alla�s confident, competent and professional help. Her patience and thoroughness meant that we could be entirely relaxed that everything was proceeding promptly and correctly from our side of the transaction; we simply cannot overstate the extent to which that lowered our stress levels which, otherwise, would have been unbearable. Dealing with a late parent�s estate is a melancholy, grim business and the thought that the final transaction, i.e., selling her residence of over 20 years, might �fall through� would have made it intolerable. Happily, Alla persevered through to the successful completion of the sale. We are both convinced that this wouldn�t have happened if another solicitor had managed the process. Finally, we both feel that, for both the quantity of work Alla did and the professionalism she exhibited, the fees we paid felt like an absolute bargain in relation to the effort Alla expended. Again, we would recommend both Willett & Co and Alla without reservation.
