    Bushra was very professional and supportive within the last 10 years . She was so friendly and knowledgeable and always assuring me every time I applied for my visa thorough these years. Till I got my citizenship.     It was a long 10 ten years journey, started with renewing my visa every two and a half years, followed by my indefinite leave to remain, ending with my citizenship.
