      Professional, Empathetic, Efficient

It's been years since we used Bushra's services and we still talk about her with fondness. We went to Bushra in distress after we had an unpleasant experience with our previous solicitors. Bushra was extremely professional, kind, and listened to us. She was approachable and showed the human side of a profession that can often be seen otherwise. We had three successful applications with Bushra. We always recommend her to anyone who is in need of immigration services. It's been years since we left Leicester and we still recommend her services.

What a pleasant read. I hope you are both doing well! I loved representing you both. You were both a pleasure to work with. I'm sorry your previous solicitors let you down but I'm glad we found a solution for you. You were both open and honest and it was a dream case to work with. Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your journey.

Thank you for your kind words. Your case is a great example where circumstances can change whilst an application is waiting to be decided by the Home Office and it is most important to have a Solicitor who can make representations to the Home Office urgently. It was an absolute pleasure to work with you and congratulations on the outcome.

It was a long 10 ten years journey, started with renewing my visa every two and a half years, followed by my indefinite leave to remain, ending with my citizenship. Bushra made this journey easy and successful. She always reassured me and gave me the best advice. She is so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. With the great efforts of Bushra and Hannah, the process went smooth and easy. I will never forget her empathy and care . I definitely recommend Bushra’s services and I wish her and her team a bright future.

It has been a pleasure observing you over the years, establishing your life in this country. A huge congratulations on finally having your British passport!

My barrister referred me to Bushra for trusted, professional legal services. I cannot overstate how kind, professional and empathetic Bushra and Hannah have been. Bushra got me through a very difficult time legally and successfully got me through to the end of the process. She is highly knowledgeable and specialised in human rights issues and importantly, shows consistent care and empathy for her clients. I have no reservation in recommending her services to anyone in need of legal services.
