I am very appreciate so much of all the work Aleksandra has done for me and my family. Thank you for everything you are amazing Aleksandra. I had to get in touch with a solicitor, when I got hit from behind when almost stationary in my vehicle. Ryan Fazal fully informed me on all my options in the case. We then proceeded to claim off the other driver for an injury I received, as well as my written off vehicle. Throughout the claim, Ryan kept me regularly informed of any updates in the case this was very reassuring and stress free. He was very thorough, certainly worked hard to get the best possible outcome. In the end, I received a reasonable payment from the other party and was very happy with the outcome. I can certainly recommend Bilal Farooq as he showed great professionalism and efficiency throughout my dealings with them. I would also make use of their services again if needed in the future.
