A five star service from Karina at Greystone

As a first time buyer I was unsure what to expect nor how best to proceed, but Karina was clear and informative throughout the entire process. She ensured that things were completed by all parties in a timely manner as well as keeping me informed at all stages. This made things much easier for me and I was able to focus on the other aspects of my property purchase while Karina sorted all the formalities. Thank you again Karina and Greystone, highly recommended!

Karina has been fantastic during the whole conveyancing process on the sale and purchase of our home. Unlike most solicitors, were you only ever deal with an assistant, Karina has been contactable and quick responding during the whole process. This has made it a lot easier and made the whole process more effective. She consistently went above and beyond to help us get the sale and purchase over the line - thanks Karina!

If you want get your claim and compensation done fast, with great customer service you must avoid this solicitors. Them professional team hold my accident case for 18months without any outcome. After 15 months form the accident They have booked medical appointment. The solicitor which handle my case is never attend in a job and also doesn't make duties like suppose to. I am very shock how this company can be in the market for last 25 years. Avoid this company..

This is my complaint for them service:

Hi, after phone conversation I wish to handle the case to different solicitor after 18 months waiting for the outcome I have got enough. The case has been holding for ages and the agent responsible is never in the company whenever I do call. The case has been handle poorly with plenty mistakes from the solicitors or either the medical examinators. My fiancee medical report has been correcting at least 2-3 times for example she said that her occupation is bodyshop prepper the examinator puts that my fiance is mechanic technician and same still is ongoing after 18 months!!! Today after phone conversation with some other agent as obviously my case solicitor is not available like always I have been informed that my medical report booked after 15 months from the accident has got mistakes about time of my recovery after accident. I know what I said on medical appointment and something different is in the report. I have been paid off only 50/50 which my car suppose to be written off that is what the 3rd party wanted to pay off which from the begginig I did inform solicitors that I do not accept that and i want to go to court to fight for my rights(my statement has been handled to the solicitor that i dont accept 50/50). The agent which I have spoke with, informs me form my personal injury it will be only 230pounds to be paid off and because is a 50/50 it will be paid only half of that. Hold on a second I don't accept the 50/50 and I were state this from the beginning (i handle the statement regarding it) how he knows it will be only 230 pounds if the information after medical examination wasn't provided to me to check if they are correct. Again the report has got plenty of mistakes!!! I have inform the agent that I whish to handle case to someone else as my case is treated with no attention and unprofessional the agent informs me because of the value of the personal injury he is more happy about it to move my case to different solicitors. HOW DARE HE SAID THAT AFTER 18 MONTHS?! From the beginning it was obvious that my personal injury valuation wont be very high as I wasnt injured heavly but still the medical report has got mistakes. Also the agent has forgotten that still only 50/50 from write off has been paid and also my fiancee as a passenger will recive 100% of her personal injury claim what ever will be the outcome of the court case(if the 50/50 sustained). In general the case from the beginning has been handled poorly, unprofessional like somone who never been solicitor will handle the case. Few months back had similar accident but the outcome was in metter of 4 months!! A lot of similarities as 3rd party didn't want to accept the fault of the driver and paid only 50/50. In metter of 4 months I have been paid in full for personal injuries and for the damages. I can not understand how the Greystone solicitors is providing the service for over 25 years if my overall experience are so bad I do start assume only my case has been handled such poorly otherwise Greystone solicitors shouldn't be in the buissnes after treating customers as this. After that bad customer service I do ask for SAR (subject access request) for the case. Also I do inform you about that I will put official complaint about how my case was handled also will share overall experience whetever I can to be aware about bad customer service. Im waiting for SAR report and putting the complaint in official metter.

No Regards
