Dear Valla, We write further to your review, to which we are disappointed. Your review contains inaccurate and misleading statements, which are inconsistent with the documentary evidence held on our file in respect of your matter. During the entire transaction your matter was dealt with swiftly and in a timely manner, by telephone and email, our file confirms the same. Your comments regarding CHAPS payment, is incorrect. The funds were transferred to the other side solicitors promptly again we have evidence of this. As explained to you, the payment was held by the other firm’s bank account, again no fault of our firm, as such we are not responsible. Your comments regarding negotiation of the purchase price further demonstrates a misunderstanding of our role for the sake of clarity this is dealt with the estate agents, we also advised you of the same at the time. We also reject your assertion regarding our availability, which is not supported by the evidence we have on file of telephone and email communication, again we have documentary evidence of this to support the same. We require you to remove the incorrect review by the end of business today, Monday 3 August 2026. Failing that, we reserve all our rights and will take such action as we consider appropriate, including pursuing legal action and relevant regulatory reporting. We hope this will not be necessary.
