Conveyancing and Freehold Purchase!
Olivia was recommended to us by The Solicitor dealing with mums estate! It was never going to be straightforward as we were also purchasing The Freehold on completion for mums house in order to sell it. Unfortunately it was like trying to get blood from a stone with the Freeholder’s management company. Olivia was very professional, politely persistent and eventually she was able to secure the Freehold and The sale of mums house too. She and I were totally exasperated by the Freeholders, she kept her cool and I flipped my lid! :) Thankyou Olivia for everything you did for us. If we ever need a conveyancing Solicitor again we would definitely chose you, if you’d take us on!

Tricky Sell But Got There
Working with Olivia was good, she keep us up to date, even when the buyers solicitors were, how would you say, not the most communicative,.
She explained all the ins and out of selling the property and we were really glad that we used her expertise.
She was fast and efficient at getting things done and when I come to buy a house in the future Olivia will be my first port of call for conveyancing.

Buying first property
Super experience throughout. We were recommended Myerson by family who also used during first purchase of a property. The whole process was made easy, Olivia was always on hand to answer calls and replied swiftly and succinctly to emails/app messaging.
There was no airs or graces around the service, everything was made super easy and we were made to feel valued as a client. Jargon was explained and we felt safe and secure knowing Olivia/Myerson were in charge of our purchase. Olivia was tenacious in chasing down answers and got us the keys to the property earlier than if our representative had sat back (which we appreciate so much).
Have already recommended Myerson to friends and wouldn't use another solicitor for future purchases.
Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Excellent Service
I have just purchased a property at auction, we had 14 days to complete. Olivia Heston-Morris and her team were fantastic, very professional and very efficient, Olivia was very re-assuring, friendly and professional, we would definitely use Myersons Solicitors again.

Fantastic service
After five months of absolutely nothing with our previous solicitors, Myersons completed our house sale within 4 weeks. The level of professionalism was outstanding and we felt so grateful to have such a great team helping us. Olivia updated us daily, and was extremely efficient. We will be using them for all future legal processes and recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you so much Myersons!

Altrincham flat
I inherited my brothers flat when he
Died. Olivia was the solicitor that handled everything it turned out
To Be a complicated case as it was bought by the housing trust in the end She was extremely efficient and emailed me regularly with information i was very impressed with Olivia and will always use her in the future and would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family

Professional service, responsive team.
