I sent an email to Clements Solicitors and Tom Clements called me himself and we had a consultation over the phone for about 30 mins. Tom was very professional and wanted to help me get the justice I deserved and agreed to take my case on a No win no fee basis. I was assigned a young lady called Gabrielle who was absolutely fantastic! The communication was second to none and when ever I received a not so nice letter from the other side she was always willing to offer me advice and guidance on what to do next and what would could be the outcome.
