I haver just come off the phone to Tom Clements who could not have been more friendly and helpful. His advice was swift and honest and, despite not being able to help in my 'messy' case, has given me some wise words as to which direction to head in. Had a brief phone call with one of the solicitors and I can respectful say that even though I didn’t get the outcome I was hoping for I didn’t pay a single penny and they were completely honest to me on the phone, they could of easily grilled me for a few quid but didn’t and was very respectful and honest to me. I am grateful for that and wish there was many more people out there that can be like that 👍
