I can’t thank Rizwana enough for her hard work along with her caring emotional support during a very stressful time. My case took 6 years to get to trial. What had started with a family dispute over how I believed my mother’s money should be used to provide the dementia care she needed rather than a family inheritance, resulted in myself being falsely accused of the most terrible crimes. Whilst West Yorkshire police were quite happy to state to myself, in writing no less, that they WOULD NOT be working through the phone messages and emails as well as the evidence from the Court of Protection and Adult Social Care for any clues as to my innocence, Rizwana painstakingly and forensically poured over all of these effectively undertaking the desktop investigation I would have expected them to have carried out in the first place! She also ensured I secured a fantastic KC and barrister who proved to be as invested as her in ensuring innocent people like me have the truth heard. I was unanimously acquitted in just over 3 hours.
