Jayne Chandler, Anna Sharwood, Kylie on reception and the rest of the team have been incredible over these last 3yrs. Not only from a legal perspective, but also in their compassion, support and care of me. Helping me negotiate my way through managing the legal process and all the stress that brings. As well as managing the ongoing challenges of PTSD and FND caused by the domestic violence i was escaping and the impact that has on my ability to keep up with everything. Jayne appointed a fantastic Barrister, Mr Stephen Taylor who not only did his job with professionalism and pose in court on my behalf. He too also worked with me from a place of compassion and was so supportive throughout. I felt i was in the safest of hands with them all, at a time when i needed it the most.

While I appreciate the eventual resolution to my case, and I commend the quality of how my case was handled for the majority of the duration, the conclusion to proceedings was frustrating and inconsistent. Missed communications, delays, and not receiving some aspects of the service for which I had been billed, I find myself unable to recommend HPJV or consider their services in future, despite being grateful for the professionalism of the primary service I received. In other areas of the business, this was noticeably lacking and inconsistent. Poor communication, and a lack of reliable timing, ultimately harmed me financially and robs me of the confidence to use or recommend HPJV again.
